Overview

The DK8500Z is a professional 4K-UHD laser projector with edge-blending and warping technology for large venue applications. This 4K projector can deliver 7,500 lumens high brightness and 3,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio fort an amazing image quality. To meet all installation requirements, the DK8500Z supports eight motorized lens with lens position memory, 3G-SDI and HDBaseT connectivity, and 360-degree and portrait projection for maximum installation flexibility.

Building-in Edge Blending

The DK8500Z features edge blending capability. Multiple projectors simultaneously project a combined image for a stunning display and seamless image on large displays.

4K-UHD Resolution

With Texas Instruments’ single chip 4K-UHD XPR technology, the DK8500 offer exceptional picture clarity in 4K-UHD resolution and up to 7,500 lumens brightness to deliver outstanding detail and stunning 8.3 million pixels visuals on the screen.

Lens Position Memory

The DK8500Z comes with powered zoom, focus and lens shift (horizontal / vertical) for easy adjustment and positioning flexibility. Lens Positioning Memory also offers quick recall of user-defined lens positions (focus, zoom and lens shift) for easy setup to ensure perfectly proportioned images.

Support Supports 3G-SDI & HDBaseT™ Connectivity

The DK8500Z has built-in 3G-SDI and HDBaseT™ interfaces for long distance signal transmission of high-quality audiovisual content. HDBaseT™ reduces cabling requirements and installation, saving time and costs.

Picture-in Picture / Picture-by-Picture

The DK8500Z features Picture-in-Picture and Picture-by-Picture modes. Signals can be delivered from two different digital input sources at the same time.

Water Cooling System

Vivitek’s DK8500Z features a novel cooling system based on three components: Liquid, Air and Thermoelectric (TEC) cooling to reduce and dissipate heat from critical components to ensure stab.

IP6X Sealed Optical Engine Certified Design

The optical system, from the laser light source to lens is completely sealed and rated IP6X for protection again dust ingress, ensuring consistent brightness over time with reliable performance and much reduced need for maintenance.
